Motivated by several factors: my broadening concept of music & sound across Project 1; and an interpretated lack of successful realisation in the embodiment phase of Project 1 as my literature and textural review unfolded – that is, a lack of feeling of authentic connection with my creative practice- , I deepened my intent in the next phase, Project 1+.
My primary focus is to include the broadening of my creative practice-making – music & sound – on a practical level; and delving far more into self and meaning-making, deepening my exploration of self and meaning-making.
It also includes my deep exploration of ‘sound’ in terms of theory and practice, in disciplines which are often considered ‘outside’ of what contemporary DIY music & sound-making practice includes.
